1. Do you ship internationally? Yes, we do ship to most countries around the globe. Once you have placed your order, we will calculate your shipping & handling charges and send you an email to let you know how much it will all cost. Once you have authorized any additional charges, we prepare your item for shipment. In rare circumstances, a manufacturer's licensing clause will prohibit us from sending to certain countries. 2. Where are you guys located? We have a retail location in Tlaquepaque Arts & Crafts Village in sunny Sedona, Arizona. Our physical address is 336 State Route 179, Suite B102, Sedona, AZ 86336. 3. How do I know if you have something in stock? You are always welcome to call us at (928)282-1295 from 10 am - 5 pm daily (Arizona Time) and we will let you know if we have an item in stock or if we need to order one for you. We try to accommodate your delivery timeframe as much as possible. 4. I'm not comfortable using my credit card on the internet. Can I phone my order in? By all means, Yes! While we do everything in our power to keep your information secure using SSL encryption technology, we understand not everyone likes to use their cards on the internet. Please call us at (928) 282-1295 from 10 - 5 daily (Arizona time) and we would be happy to process your order over the phone. 5. What if the item I ordered doesn't fit? If your item is the wrong size, please contact us to start the return process. Whenever possible, we will exchange your item for the correct size. If the correct size isn't available, you will be issued with a store credit for the cost of the item less shipping. Return shipping charges will be at the buyer's expense. 6. How do you guys ship? We ship via FedEx and the United States Postal Service. Most large items are sent via FedEx Ground and will arrive in 2-5 business days depending on how far you are from Arizona. Delivery Most of our items are in stock and will ship within 7-10 business days. Some of our jewelry is custom made once we have received your order, so will take a bit longer to arrive. Depending on where we are with our next shipment, you can expect to receive your order in 8-12 weeks. If you require faster shipping, please contact us at (928) 282 - 1295 between the hours of 10 - 5 daily (Arizona time zone) to discuss alternative arrangements. Returns All sales are final except for items covered under Manufacturers Warranty such as the Tilley Hats, or items that we deem to be defective. Please e-mail us at info@bennali.com or phone us at (928) 282-1295 to request warranty information and receive instructions for returning your merchandise. Wherever possible, we will exchange your item or issue you a store credit. We regret that we do not do cash refunds or charge backs onto your credit card.
